Join Alice, personal trainer and pilates instructor at Taylor Made Training, for a 25 minute Pilates class from the comfort of your own home.

Ready to lengthen, strengthen, and tone your full body? Through Rotational work, stretching exercises and mobility training, you can work on unwinding tight hips and uncomfortable shoulders, loosen your upper and lower back and really connect and work those deep abdominal muscles to leave you feeling more stable and stronger. This workout is suitable for all levels including beginners and no equipment is required, though a yoga mat and a small head cushion is recommended.
