30 MIN FULL BODY WORKOUT | No Equipment | Complete HIIT Session at home in only 20 Exercises

Follow along as I take you through a Full Body Workout that you can do whenever and wherever you like.

Great for all levels including beginners to aid weight loss and gain strength.

You don't need any exercise equipment or weights at all, and you'll still target the muscles of your whole body using the high intensity interval training (HIIT) method.

5 minute Warm up

All exercises last 45 seconds followed with a 15 second rest, except for the last exercise of each round where we push through for the full minute!

5 Lower Body Exercises

1. Single leg toe touch heel touch

2. Single leg toe touch heel touch (other leg)

3. Curtsy lunge pulse

4. Curtsy lunge pulse (other leg)

5. Lunge jumps

5 Upper Body Exercises

1. Press up to mountain climbers

2. Dorsal raise plus reverse flyers

3. Press up to Pike Press up

4. Superman

5. Burpees chest to floor

5 Core Exercises

1. Dead bug opposite hand and leg

2. Elbow to knee hand to foot

3. Windscreen wipers

4. Crab walk

5. Sit up stand up

5 Cardio Exercises

1. Press up squat thrust

2. Quick feet switch blades

3. Simulated skipping

4. Big jump forward little diagonal jumps back

5. Burpee switch feet

A yoga mat or gym mat is useful for this workout when performing the floor exercises. Just use something that offers a little padding.

Grab a towel too! That'll come in useful.
