Hi team, if you've only got fifteen minutes spare to workout, this is the workout you need to be doing!

If you've got longer than fifteen minutes to exercise, give it a try anyway, trust me you'll appreciate the extra time to recover!

We cover all bases with this extremely efficient total bodyweight workout routine. We'll use both the AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) and EMOM (Each Minute On the Minute) workout protocols to get a lot of work done in a short period!

5-minute AMRAP Leg Workout

10 squat jumps
10 lunge Jumps
10 big jump forward side jumps back
10 imaginary sideways hurdle jumps

5-minute EMOM Upper Body Workout

Minute 1 - 5 Press-ups remaining time jogging and punching
Minute 2 - 10 Press-ups remaining time jogging and punching
Minute 3 - 15 Press-ups remaining time jogging and punching
Minute 4 - 10 Press-ups remaining time jogging and punching
Minute 5 - 5 Press-ups remaining time jogging and punching

5-minute AMRAP Cardio finisher

10 burpees chest to the floor
10 tuck jumps
10 burpee switchblades
20 mountain climbers
