We cover all bases with this extremely efficient total bodyweight workout routine. We'll use both the AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) and EMOM (Each Minute On the Minute) workout protocols to get a lot of work done in a short period!

5-minute EMOM Upper Body Workout
Minute 1 - 5 Press-ups remaining time jogging and punching
Minute 2 - 10 Press-ups remaining time jogging and punching
