30 Minute Full Body HIIT Workout | No Equipment | At Home Workout

 
 

Join me for this excellent full-body HIIT workout that uses no equipment at all, just your bodyweight. You can easily do this workout from home.

This routine comprises a full-body HIIT workout broken into three sections, upper body, lower body and core and is designed to help you burn fat, build strength and get fit using bodyweight only exercises. I've also included a warm-up and mobility session as well as a cooldown section to make sure you are ready to give your full effort and able to come back stronger for another workout!

Throughout this workout, we'll be using intervals of 45 seconds work followed by a 15 second rest.

Warm-up

1. Sitting on heels leaning back

2. Cat cow stretch sitting on feet head in between hands

3. Sitting Deep squat

4. Gorilla walks

5. Walkout press up down squat jump

Legs

1. Lunge walking straight arms overhead lateral shift

2. Skier plus single leg jump or two leg

3. Hold lunge side raise with hands circles 1/2 the other lunge

4. Side step then squat

5. Lunge step-through

Upper body

1. Side ways plank walk 1 press up then back 1 press-up

2. Dorsal raise butterfly

3. Press up sit back on feet

4. 1 leg reverse fly pulses

5. 5 normal press-ups 5 Tricep press-ups

Core

1. Heel Raise

2. Hands to heels

3. Russian Twists

4. Knee raise plus crunch the other way

5. Plank walkouts

Cardio

1. Running forward jogging back

2. 2 mountain climbers 2 star jumps

3. 3 hops forward and back 1/2 1 way 1/2 the other

4. Carioca

5. Rotational woodchop
