Join in from the comfort of your home with this beginner (dumbbell only) workout. If you don't have dumbbells at home, don't worry; I give you alternative exercises that you can perform and still get in a great workout that burns fat and builds strength.

Warm up

Lower Body HIIT Workout 45/15

1. Clock lunge left leg

2. Clock lunge right leg

3. Goblet squat

4. Single leg deadlift pick up object

5. Single leg deadlift pick up object (other leg)

2 minute leg burnout

Upper Body HIIT Workout 45/15

1. Sideways walk plus press up every rep

2. Tricep kick back

3. Hip raise plus chest press

4. Tricep dips

5. Bicep Curl pulses into full range

2min upper body burnout

30secs Bicep curl

30secs Bent over row

30secs shoulder press

30secs Alternating row

5 Minute Cardio Workout Finisher

21-15-9 of each exercise then Air squats for the raining time.
