30 Minute Full Body Workout - Tabata & Pyramid Challenges for strength and weight loss

 

In this 30 Minute Full Body Workoutt, we'll be using both Tabata (20 seconds work with 10 seconds rest) and workout pyramids. (10-20-30-20-10 seconds work with 10 seconds rest in between) We'll work the upper body, lower body and core for a full body workout and finish everything off with an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) cardio finisher.

Warm up

Hip rotations

Back lunge plus hamstring leg swing

Cossack squats

Lunge forward tuck knee to chest

Jogging kicking glutes / mountain climbers foot to hand

Lower Body Tabata Workout

1 hand overhead squat with floor touch

Hip raise walk outs

Lower Body Pyramid Workout

Lunge jumps into squat jumps

Upper Body Tabata Workout

Arnold Press / Shoudle circles

Bent over row / reverse flyes
