1. Single leg Deadlift

2. Back Lunge

3. Single leg hip raise

Round 1 - 1 minute per exercise each leg

Round 2 - 45 seconds per exercise each leg

Round 3 - 30 seconds per exercise each leg

Round 4 - 15 seconds per exercise each leg
