You'll work your arms, legs and core as well as getting a healthy dose of cardio work for good measure.

All exercises are demonstrated and fully explained. Go at your own pace but most importantly HAVE FUN!
You'll need a couple of dumbbells for this workout but if you don't have those grab yourself a couple of water bottles or something with a little weight to it.
