You'll work your arms, legs and core as well as getting a healthy dose of cardio work for good measure.

Follow along with me as we keep an eye on that timer and fill up the progress bar.

All exercises are demonstrated and fully explained. Go at your own pace but most importantly HAVE FUN!

You'll need a couple of dumbbells for this workout but if you don't have those grab yourself a couple of water bottles or something with a little weight to it.

Warm Up

Boxing circuit using dumbbells
